  • Please Note: Your order is in square feet rolls. Please review your order carefully.
  • Sod is a perishable item and must be laid within 24 hrs.
  • Your order will be delivered between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm on the day you chose for delivery.
  • Unless we contact you, your delivery will take place on the day you selected rain or shine.
  • All vehicles must be removed from the driveway to allow access to the delivery vehicle and a tarp or marker should be laid on the driveway where you would like the product deposited.
  • Up to 1 hour is allotted to off load the sod; additional time will be charged at $37.50 + HST for every additional 15 minutes.
  • Off-driveway deliveries not guaranteed: driver’s sole discretion. Customer must be present for off-driveway deliveries. A minimum of 10 feet of width is required to pass through gates or between buildings.
  • East Coast Turf is not responsible for any damage incurred to property, asphalt, driveway, lawn, or curb.
  • 24-hour cancellation notice is required during regular business hours.
